Job Description:
Experience with Augmentir, Power platform, Office 365· Knowledge of industrial IoT (Internet of Things) and digital transformation initiatives.
Exposure to Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.· Familiarity with database querying or reporting tools.
Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
Strong organizational skills with focus on delivering measurable outcomes.
Essential Skills:
Implementation Support:
Assist in the deployment of connected worker software, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and workflows.
System Configuration:
Collaborate with teams to configure the software to support SOPs, learning modules, operational rounds,and PM routes.
Reporting Solutions:
Partner with operations teams to design reporting and analytics solutions that provide actionable insights and improve decision-making.
Training Assistance:
Support the development and delivery of training materials and sessions to ensure user adoption and effective use of the software.
Troubleshooting:
Work closely with technical teams and software vendors to resolve issues, test system functionality, and implement updates.
Documentation:
Create and maintain detailed records of configurations, processes, and best practices.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify and recommend enhancements to improve software functionality and user experience Project Planning & Inception:
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Develop detailed plans, timelines and resource allocation.
Technical oversight:
Assess technical requirements and propose suitable solutions for deployment, collaborate with development teams, vendors and stakeholders to ensure technical feasibility.
