Notes:

• Local Candidates from Washington, D.C., / Maryland (MD) / Virginia (VA) / West Virginia (WV) with Local ID Proof

Must Have Requirement:

·       8 to 11 years of experience

·       Minimum 2 experience with Gen AI, LLM, Model evaluation

·       Develop and validate AI Use cases

·       Feedback loops, AWS Kendra, SageMaker, AWS Bedrock – not an expert but good exposure

·       Has experience cross functional role – business, architecture, development teams, data scientist, compliance team

·       Backlog management experience

·       Monitor performance – defining KPIs, user statistics and feedback, areas of improvement

·       Lead product development, prioritize and make decisions on backlog, backlog grooming, Jira

·       EPICS, User stories

·       More like chatbot type product

Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Product Owner to lead product strategy and delivery across cross-functional teams. This role is responsible for managing product portfolios, aligning stakeholders, and delivering solutions that meet both customer and business needs. The ideal candidate brings deep Agile expertise, strong leadership, and a track record of successful product development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive product vision, roadmap, and backlog in collaboration with stakeholders, Product Owners, and development teams.
• Lead product planning, market research, and release planning to deliver customer-centric solutions.
• Manage product backlogs and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
• Conduct workshops, validate hypotheses, and guide sprint activities.
• Collaborate with QA, development, and business teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Communicate product updates and performance metrics to internal and external stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (or 4 additional years of relevant experience in lieu of degree).
• 8+ years of experience in business analysis, product development, or related fields; or 6+ years as a Product Owner in Agile environments.
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent.
• Strong expertise in Agile methodologies, product KPIs, and backlog management.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Healthcare industry experience.
• Advanced degree in a related field.
