Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced ATM Business Analyst to support a large-scale ATM Migration / Transformation initiative within a retail banking environment.
The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, ATM vendors, operations teams, and technology teams to gather and document requirements, perform impact analysis, and ensure successful migration and modernization of ATM systems and integrations.
Strong domain expertise in ATM systems, switching, authorization, settlement, reconciliation, and vendor platforms is required.
Key Responsibilities ATM Migration & Business Analysis
Act as Business Analyst for ATM migration initiatives.
Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
Understand and document ATM transaction flows and channel integrations.
Prepare:
BRD (Business Requirement Documents)
FRD (Functional Requirement Documents)
Use Cases
Process Flow Diagrams
Data Mapping Documents
Perform impact analysis and maintain requirements traceability.
Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination
Collaborate with:
Business users
ATM operations teams
Technology teams
ATM vendors
Participate in stakeholder meetings, walkthroughs, and status updates.
Ensure alignment across cross-functional teams.
Testing & Implementation Support
Support end-to-end migration activities.
Assist in UAT planning and execution.
Participate in defect triage and resolution.
Coordinate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams during design, build, and deployment.
Compliance & Risk Alignment
Ensure ATM systems comply with regulatory, security, and compliance requirements.
Support risk assessment and mitigation efforts during migration.
Required Skills & Experience
8–12 years of overall Business Analysis experience.
5+ years of experience specifically in ATM systems and banking channels.
Hands-on experience with ATM migration or modernization projects.
Strong understanding of:
ATM transaction types
ATM switching
Authorization
Settlement
Reconciliation
Experience working with ATM vendors and switch platforms such as:
NCR
Diebold
FIS
Fiserv
NDC
ISO messaging
Strong documentation and communication skills.
Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
Strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills.
