Key Responsibilities
Component & Template Development: Design and implement reusable AEM components, editable templates, and dialogs using HTL (Sightly).
Back-end Integration: Develop OSGi bundles, services, and Sling Servlets to manage business logic and data processing.
System Integration: Connect AEM with third-party services (CRMs, E-commerce, Marketing Cloud) via RESTful APIs.
Workflow Automation: Create and manage custom AEM workflows for content approval and asset processing.
Content Management: Oversee site architecture, Multi-Site Management (MSM), and Digital Asset Management (DAM).
Cloud Operations: Implement and maintain solutions on AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS), including performance optimization and troubleshooting.
Technical Skills Required
Core AEM Stack: In-depth knowledge of Apache Sling, Apache Felix (OSGi), and Jackrabbit (JCR).
Programming Languages: Advanced Java/J2EE for backend; HTL, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3/SASS for frontend.
Frameworks & Libraries: Experience with Sling Models, Core Components, and modern JS frameworks like React or Angular for headless/hybrid implementations.
Build & DevOps: Proficiency with Maven, Git, Jenkins, and Docker for CI/CD pipelines.
Tools: Familiarity with CRXDE, Dispatcher configurations, and AEM Developer Tools (Eclipse/VS Code plugins)
