Job Title: Business System Analyst with ServiceNow

 

Location: Phoenix, AZ  (Day 1 onsite)

 

Job Description: We can go with normal BSA also with service now basic knowledge.

 

Skills:

•              Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, functionalities, and modules (Incident, Problem, Virtual Agent, SPM, CSM)

•              Requirements gathering, process mapping, data analysis, and documentation

•              Familiarity with ITIL framework, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and basic understanding of system architecture

•              Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts and collaborate across teams

•              Analyze complex business issues and propose effective solutions within the ServiceNow platform

 

Responsibilities:

•              Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, document, and validate business and technical requirements for ServiceNow solutions

•              Work closely with Product Managers and stakeholders to define and prioritize features, enhancements, and systems integrations

•              Develop and review deliverables including designs, user stories, and training materials

•              Perform testing and validation of delivered solutions to ensure defined requirements and quality standards are met

•              Assist with generating reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) within ServiceNow

•              Stay up to date with the latest ServiceNow releases and features to ensure continuous improvement of solutions and offerings

•              Manage and track the API Requests for the Incident/Problem Management Products

•              Analyze existing business processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend appropriate solutions within the ServiceNow platform
