Rate: 55/hr C2C

Here is the detailed JD –

· 8+ years experience in IT and Hands-on experience with applications such as workspace, CCW & CCW_R, and understanding of downstream and upstream impacts.

· Cisco Quoting and Deal experienced and Collaborated closely with stakeholders to define product vision and strategy, aligning business objectives with partner needs and improving stakeholder

· Analyze the service install base coverage of customers and provide resolutions for disputes.

· Accurate True forward order creation and should assist with holds management and fulfillment/closure.

· Log incidents with IT for Services EA technical issues and track them for long-term fixes.

· Work-level instructions with detailed instructions and process flows should be created whenever there is a change in process or policies.

· Conduct business analysis of current system capabilities and challenges, document manual steps, work with RPMs and IT to enable the enhancements/automations.
