Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced RPA Techno-Functional Lead to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions across the organization. You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into effective RPA solutions.

Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and implementation of RPA solutions using industry-leading tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism).
Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation.
Develop and maintain RPA bots, including workflow design, development, testing, and deployment.
Troubleshoot and resolve RPA-related issues.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior RPA developers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., IT, business analysts, project managers) to ensure successful project delivery.
Stay abreast of the latest RPA technologies and best practices.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of RPA processes and methodologies within the organization.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in RPA development and implementation.
Strong experience with at least one leading RPA platform (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism).
Proven ability to analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with Agile methodologies.
