JOB DESCRIPTION:
“Must have skills
o5+ years’ experience in data modeling (Logical and physical) and working with teams to define data models
• 3+ years of Physiscal Data Modeling experience with Snowflake
•Good experience working in Snowflake
• Client ASK is to replace current ODS model and build Gas data modernization-based Analytics model
oExperience in a dynamic work environment
oProven ability to work well in a team environment, and be capable of building and maintaining positive relationships with other staff, departments, and customers.
oExperience with Agile/Lean software development process and practices is a plus

Nice to have skills.
O Experience in with SaaS solutions such as Salesforce, ESRI and Workforce is a plus
o Analyzing and translating business needs into long-term solution data models.
o Evaluating existing data systems.
o Working with the development team to create conceptual data models and data flows.
o Developing best practices for data coding to ensure consistency within the system.
o Reviewing modifications of existing systems for cross-compatibility.
o Implementing data strategies and developing physical data models.
o Updating and optimizing local and metadata models.
o Evaluating implemented data systems for variances, discrepancies, and efficiency.
o Expert knowledge of metadata management and related tools.
o Knowledge of mathematical foundations and statistical analysis.
o Experience in Utility and Energy Industry is recommended.
o Experience in IBM Data Model for Energy and Utilities is preferred.
