ERP Oracle Order to Cash Specialist

Location: Durham, NC (Need Locals only)

Visa: GC, USC, GCEAD

ERP Support: Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for Oracle Fusion ERP Order to Cash cycle, focusing on modules including Project Management, Order Management, Contract Management, and Accounts Receivables.

Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution: Diagnose system issues, validate Oracle ERP configurations, and work collaboratively with Oracle Support to resolve complex technical problems.

Integration Development: Design, develop, and implement integrations leveraging Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Autonomous Transaction Processing (ATP) services.

Customization & Reporting: Customize financial workflows, generate and modify reports and dashboards using Oracle Fusion ERP tools such as OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) and PL/SQL programming.

Patch Management: Analyze quarterly Oracle ERP patches, develop detailed test plans, and execute testing to ensure smooth system upgrades without disruption.

Collaboration: Partner with business users and stakeholders to understand system-related challenges and ensure ERP solutions meet business requirements.

Onsite Resource Requirements:5-10 years of experience supporting Oracle ERP Financial systems including Project Management, Order Management, Contract Management, and Accounts Receivables.

Strong business process knowledge in the Order to Cash lifecycle, especially within Oracle Fusion ERP.

Proven ability to work closely with business users to analyze and troubleshoot system issues effectively.

Expertise in PL/SQL programming, Oracle APIs, and OTBI report development.

Experience analyzing and testing quarterly Oracle patches and developing comprehensive test plans
