Technical Description:

·         Develop new applications to support business needs

·         Triage issues reported in supported applications and recommend solutions

Support Description:

·         Provide frontline support to laboratory personnel using our applications, including troubleshooting software issues and escalating as needed

·         Assist with the deployment and configuration of in-house applications across new departments, lab benches, and workstations

·         Manage user accounts and permissions

·         Document common issues, support procedures, and configuration steps to build internal knowledge bases
