Role: Fullstack AWS Engineer

Location: Remote

Duration: Long Term Contract

We are looking for a motivated, versatile, independent engineer interested in pushing the status quo to deliver a lot with only a little. The ideal candidate has experience building products across the stack and a firm understanding of serverless AWS cloud infrastructure, web frameworks, APIs, databases, and multiple back-end languages. If you are someone who can bridge the gap between the user-facing side of an application and the underlying infrastructure, ensuring a seamless and efficient user experience.

Responsibilities

·       Work across the full stack, building highly scalable distributed solutions that enable positive user experiences

·       Develop new features and infrastructure in support of rapidly emerging business and project requirements

·       Ensure seamless integration between front-end and back-end by designing and implementing APIs, data models, and communication protocols between the different parts of the application.

·       Ensure application security, performance, uptime, and scale through sound cloud infrastructure engineering

·       Maintain high standards for code quality and application design

·       Work primarily in TypeScript, React, JavaScript/HTML/CSS

·       Bring to life the vision of our designers and collaborate with solution architects to create reusable web components and reliable APIs

·       Participate in all aspects of agile software development, including design, implementation, and deployment

·       Work with agile development methodologies, adhering to best practices and pursuing continued learning opportunities
