Role: Procurement SME
Location: Miami, FL
Duration: 6 months
Job DESCRIPTION:
? Act as the functional lead for Oracle Procurement modules: Self-Service Procurement, Purchasing, Supplier Portal, Sourcing, and Procurement Contracts, with alignment to EPC project workflows.
? Drive the design and configuration of procurement processes such as project-based procurement, complex PO structures, subcontractor management, and milestone-based payments.
? Collaborate with Engineering, Project Controls, and Finance teams to ensure seamless integration across modules (Projects, Inventory, Payables, and Contracts).
? Lead Oracle Cloud (or EBS) implementations and enhancements, including requirement gathering, configuration, testing, data migration, and user training.
? Ensure procurement processes support project-specific controls including cost codes, WBS integration, commitments tracking, and compliance with project delivery milestones.
? Provide ongoing support and process improvements, ensuring alignment with internal controls and industry best practices.
