Position: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Analyst

Location: Austin, TX or Remote

Job description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CSE. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in product management, analyzing business requirements, and translating them into functional specifications aligned with the Microsoft Platform. The candidate should also have a strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 data structures, entities, relationships, fields, and data types, along with the ability to create visualizations to communicate insights effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications aligned with the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Platform.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to align on streamlined implementations.

• Develop a strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 data structures, entities, relationships, fields, and data types.

• Create visualizations to better understand and communicate insights.

• Perform functional testing within Microsoft modules, including CSE, Sales, Marketing, Project Operations, and Portals.

• Lead design and review sessions to ensure functional feasibility within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 technology stack.

• Provide demos from Agile sprints and identify and recommend opportunities for improving business processes.

• Work with Scrum/Agile teams, influencing Acceptance Criteria with Features/User Stories and guiding test cases, test scripts, and test suites to meet business expectations.

• Guide UAT cycles with adherence to core KPIs and business metrics.

Skills Required:

•Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CSE, Project Operations, Portals, Power Platform, Model Driven Apps, and PCF Controls.

•Experience with Azure services, Function Apps, Logic Apps, Power Automate, and integrations using Boomi.
