Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager / Scrum Master with strong experience in healthcare insurance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing Agile development teams, driving project execution, and ensuring successful delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Act as a Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, facilitating ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives).

·        Ensure compliance with Agile best practices and remove roadblocks for the development team.

·        Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, timeline, and deliverables.

·        Manage project risks, dependencies, and issues proactively.

·        Work with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and business analysts, to ensure alignment with business goals.

·        Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team.

Required Qualifications:

·        5+ years of experience in Project Management and Scrum Master roles.

·        Strong experience in healthcare insurance projects.

·        Expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and experience with Agile tools (JIRA, Rally, Azure DevOps).

·        Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

·        Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or SAFe Certification is preferred.

Job Description:

We are hiring a Project Manager with a strong background in Data Warehousing and Healthcare Insurance. The candidate will be responsible for leading enterprise-level data initiatives, coordinating with business and IT teams, and ensuring project success.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Manage end-to-end Data Warehousing projects in healthcare insurance.

·        Coordinate with data engineers, business analysts, and stakeholders to define requirements.

·        Oversee data migration, transformation, and reporting initiatives.

·        Implement data governance best practices in collaboration with compliance teams.

·        Ensure project alignment with business objectives and data strategy.

·        Monitor project risks, budgets, and timelines, and drive issue resolution.

Required Qualifications:

·        6+ years of experience in Project Management, preferably in healthcare insurance and data warehousing.

·        Strong knowledge of Data Warehousing concepts, ETL, and BI tools.

·        Hands-on experience with SQL, Snowflake, Redshift, or similar platforms.

·        Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

·        PMP or Agile certifications are a plus.
