Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned SAP Service Delivery Manager to oversee AMS operations for SAP S/4HANA under RISE, leveraging a global delivery model (onsite/offshore/nearshore). The role requires deep experience in ITIL processes, ServiceNow, and S/4HANA RISE support, including transition and steady-state management.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as primary onsite contact for SAP S/4HANA RISE AMS activities
Manage end-to-end service delivery and governance across SAP domains
Ensure SLA/KPI adherence, drive Continuous Service Improvement (CSI)
Lead ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Release Management)
Coordinate project-to-support transitions, KT, and documentation handover
Collaborate with SAP, hyperscalers, and third-party vendors
Optimize ServiceNow usage for operations and automation
Lead a global team of SAP consultants; mentor and manage performance
Handle budgeting, forecasting, and project P&L
Conduct governance reviews, ensure compliance, and manage reporting
Required Skills & Experience:
10+ years in SAP Delivery; 3+ years in S/4HANA RISE AMS management
Deep understanding of RISE with SAP architecture and governance models
Experience across multiple S/4HANA AMS project lifecycles
Strong ITIL v4 knowledge; ServiceNow expertise
Proven global delivery leadership (onsite/offshore/nearshore)
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Focus on automation, continuous improvement, and operational excellence
Preferred Qualifications:
SAP Certifications (S/4HANA or module-specific)
ITIL v4 Certification
PMP/Prince2 (preferred)
Experience in cloud-based SAP deployments
