Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced IBM WebSphere MQ Administrator with 8–10 years of hands-on experience in managing high-traffic MQ environments with multi-instance clusters. The ideal candidate will also have experience in AWS, scripting, DevOps, and Mainframe tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and administer IBM WebSphere MQ environments on UNIX and Windows platforms

• Configure and maintain multi-instance clusters for high availability

• Handle on-prem and cloud-based MQ servers, with at least 2 years of AWS experience

• Develop automation scripts (Shell, Python, etc.) for deployment and monitoring

• Support CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, and follow DevOps protocols

• Work in Agile environments, participating in daily scrum, sprint planning, and retrospectives

• Administer and configure Mainframe legacy SCM tools, particularly Endevor

• Develop Rexx scripts and support integration/migration from Endevor to Git

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in large-scale Enterprise environments (Banking/Finance preferred)

• Strong understanding of Mainframe-Git integrations

• Willingness to relocate to Chicago if required
