- Strong understanding of HR business processes and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
- Oracle Cloud HCM certification is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with related technologies such as Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC).
