Job Description:
7+ years of experience in Jira administration and support.
– Strong expertise in **Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Confluence**.
– Hands-on experience with **JQL, Groovy scripting (ScriptRunner), and automation tools**.
– Experience integrating Jira with **CI/CD tools, ITSM systems, and third-party applications**.
– Solid understanding of **Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and ITIL processes**.
– Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
– Knowledge of **SQL, REST APIs, and Atlassian Cloud/Server administration** is a plus.
