Job Title: Lead Business Analyst
Mode of Work: Onsite.
What You Will Do:
Work closely with Apple Green IT, Business, and product teams to understand, define, and document Enterprise application integrations, workflows, functional and nonfunctional requirements, features. Techno functional role managing customer business relationship coordination with offshore India team on the business-critical integration modules, workflows, functional and non – functional requirements.
What You Need
• 11+ years of experience in defining configuration specifications and business analysis requirements.
• Prior experience of working out of client location, is a must.
• Perform quality assurance.
• Define reporting and alerting requirements.
• Own and develop relationship with partners, working with them to optimize and enhance our integration.
• Help design, document, and maintain system processes.
• Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to product team.
• Communicate key insights and findings to product team.
• Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the customer.
