Job Description
- Define EDT roadmap: Establish vision, strategy, and phased execution plan.
- Align outcomes with KPIs: Tie program success to measurable business objectives.
- Governance structure: Set up steering cadence, executive reporting, and decision-making framework.
- Cross-team coordination: Collaborate across Product, Architecture, Data Science, Engineering, Security, and HR.
- Manage dependencies: Oversee discovery, design, MVP, and scaled rollout phases.
- Global alignment: Ensure seamless collaboration between onsite and offshore teams.
- Stakeholder engagement: Drive sponsorship and executive buy-in.
- End-to-end execution: Deliver from concept through deployment.
- Agile oversight: Manage multiple workstreams with Agile practices.
- Risk mitigation: Proactively address risks and challenges.
- Timeline adherence: Maintain scope, schedule, and quality standards.
- HR system integration: Connect HR systems, skills data, performance data, and AI models.
- Data governance: Uphold privacy, compliance, and responsible AI practices.
- AI lifecycle management: Ensure ethical use and model sustainability.
- Communication strategy: Build clear messaging for stakeholders.
- Business adoption: Prepare organization for change readiness and adoption.
- Success metrics: Track adoption KPIs and measure impact.
Experience & Skills Required
- Program management expertise: 12–18+ years leading enterprise digital transformation.
- AI/ML knowledge: Strong understanding of AI/ML platforms and data-driven products.
- HRTech background: Experience in Digital Workforce or Talent platforms preferred.
- Global team leadership: Proven ability to manage distributed teams across geographies.
- Executive communication: Strong stakeholder management and executive reporting skills.
