Role Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Machine Learning Engineer to join our dynamic team in King of Prussia, PA. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in software development, AI/ML applications, and deploying scalable machine learning models. This is an onsite role, offering an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI/ML solutions while collaborating with a talented team of engineers and researchers.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI-driven solutions.
Optimize and fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) using LORA/QLORA techniques (e.g., GPT, BERT, etc.)
Implement and maintain scalable ML pipelines and model serving architectures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML solutions into existing applications and workflows.
Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices to support ML applications.
Work with AI/ML frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
Ensure system reliability, scalability, and efficiency through strong system design principles.
Leverage cloud platforms (preferably Azure) to deploy and manage ML models and applications.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and best practices.

Requirements:

8+ years of experience in software development with at least 4 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML applications.
Proficiency in Python, Java, or C++ for developing machine learning models and applications.
Strong understanding of system design principles and scalable architectures.
Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
Exposure to fine-tuning and deploying LLMs using LORA/QLORA techniques.
Experience with AI/ML frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
Familiarity with cloud platforms (preferably Azure) for deploying AI/ML applications.
