Job Title: Technical Business Analyst with .Net and SQL
Location: Columbia, SC (need local or nearby states candidates)

Experience: 12+ years
Domain: Commercial Lending / Banking (ACBS expertise preferred)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Business Analyst with hands-on experience in ACBS (Advanced Commercial Banking System).NET, and SQL. This role bridges the gap between business needs and technical implementation, ensuring efficient solutions for commercial lending systems and custom applications. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of banking workflows, and the technical acumen to work closely with development and QA teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and analyze business requirements related to commercial lending and ACBS workflows
  • Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications
  • Work closely with developers to design and enhance .NET-based applications
  • Write and optimize complex SQL queries to support reporting and data analysis
  • Serve as the SME for ACBS integrations, data structures, and reporting
  • Collaborate with QA teams to define test plans, test cases, and support UAT
  • Identify gaps and propose solutions that align with business goals
  • Support data migration, integration, and transformation projects
  • Prepare documentation including business requirements, process flows, and user guides

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in financial services, preferably commercial lending
  • Strong experience working with ACBS – configuration, reporting, integrations
  • Proficiency in .NET framework – ability to communicate effectively with developers on backend/front-end logic
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL Server – writing complex queries, stored procedures, views, etc.
  • Experience in data mapping, data analysis, and process modeling
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous involvement in ACBS upgrades, data migration, or system decommissioning
  • Knowledge of related banking systems (e.g., Loan IQ, FIS, etc.)
  • Experience with API integrations and data exchange formats (XML, JSON)
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) is a plus

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field

Role: ServiceNow Lead

Location: Houston, TX (Hybrid) – Need local candidates/Nearby states

Duration: 6+ Months contract

Over All 14+ years and experience with Employee Journal

Required Qualifications & Skills

Technical Skills

  • 5-8+ years of ServiceNow experience with at least 5 years on HRSD implementations
  • Strong expertise in HRSD modules, including Case Management, Lifecycle Events, Employee Service Center, Knowledge Management, HR Integrations.
  • Hands-on experience with HR tools like Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM integrations.
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow APIs (REST/SOAP), Integration Hub, MID Server, and Scripted Web Services.
  • Strong scripting skills in JavaScript, Glide APIs, and Flow Designer.
  • Knowledge of HRSD security models, role-based access (RBAC), and data privacy laws.
  • Experience in ServiceNow Performance Analytics & Reporting for HRSD.

Soft Skills & Experience

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot HRSD and integration issues.
  • Experience working in Agile or ITIL-based environments.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to interact with HR and IT stakeholders.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) & Certified Implementation Specialist – HRSD (CIS-HR)
  • Lead and contribute to multiple end-to-end ServiceNow HRSD implementations, including designing and developing Case Management, Employee Service Center (ESC), Knowledge Management, and Lifecycle Events.
  • Develop and configure HR service catalog items, HR workflows, and HR case flows based on business requirements.
  • Create and manage HR services, HR templates, HR document management, and HR notifications.
  • Customize and enhance HRSD functionalities while ensuring adherence to best practices

Job Title: IT Project Manager (7 Years of Commercial Bank exp needed and active PMP certificate)

Location: Manhattan, NYC (Hybrid) – Only Local candidates

Duration: Long Term contract

Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced project manager familiar with running agile and waterfall projects. This job is a fit for you if you have significant experience in planning, executing and delivering projects with deep knowledge of software development and system integration initiatives. Your success will require the ability to understand the technical requirements and be able to communicate with technical resource managers and application development managers. As a project manager, you are expected to the be the primary point of contact in delivering business value for our organization.

The day-to-day responsibilities of the role include:

  • Develop project plan and phase documentation, including resource and cost management, test plans, and appropriate monitoring and control activities
  • Coordinate the collection and management of business requirements
  • Collaborate with development managers to plan work scope, resource allocation and schedules
  • Adhere to governance controls such RACI cards, traceability matrices and toll gate reviews

Qualifications

The profile of the project manager includes the following qualities:

  • At least 7 years’ experience as a project manager in the financial services industry, preferably banking
  • Proficiency with “tools of the trade” – Confluence, Jira and ServiceNow
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong understanding of the project management framework as espoused by the PMBOK with skilled budget and financial management
  • Strong communications and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work under limited supervision and to quickly grasp complex problems and provide solutions
