PROJECT MANAGER
Role: Technical Project Manager 10+
Location: Louisville, KY (Onsite from day 1)
Duration: 12+ Months

Must Have: MEDICARE AND MEDICAID
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Must have Medicare and Medicaid exp in healthcare sector
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Manage project execution, ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget.
Leverage development expertise to guide technical teams in ServiceNow, Data, Application Development, and ETL projects.
Provide hands-on support and troubleshooting during the development and implementation phases.
Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, data management, and system integration.
Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including business leaders, technical teams, and external vendors.
Communicate project status, risks, and issues effectively to all stakeholders.
Manage expectations and ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
Proactively resolve conflicts and challenges to keep projects on track.
Team Collaboration:
Lead cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and QA engineers.
Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements.
Oversee testing and validation processes for developed solutions.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in ServiceNow, data management, and application development.
