• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• 12-15 years of progressive experience in software engineering (esp in Java platform), with a focus on the healthcare domain.

• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing engineering teams, including performance management and professional development.

• Experience leading Retail / Online retail transformation programs in any industry

• Experience in working in a headless platform implementation would be a plus (like SFCC with headless)

• Strong understanding of healthcare industry regulations, standards, and compliance requirements (e.g., HIPAA, FDA regulations).

• Expertise in software development methodologies, tools, and technologies relevant to healthcare applications.

• Experience with agile development practices and tools to manage projects effectively.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
