- Worked as OSS/ BSS architect for Enterprise customer.
- Enhanced the design of 'Lead to Contract' to give time back to pre-sales and operation teams by minimizing fallout, re-entry, and needs to audit.
- Created end-to-end solution design for 'Lead to Cash' to expand Managed Enterprise Solutions into a prioritized list of international countries and driving incremental revenue.
- Created solution design for Customer order management, Fulfillment and Service Assurance domains to decommission legacy systems with new open source technologies and using TMF Open API to be compliant with industry standards.
- Proposed TMF open digital architecture for Billing domain for future roadmap for the Enterprise customer.
- For RFP, created 'Lead to cash'` architecture (as is and to be) and mapped all OSS/ BSS systems across all domains with their components and highlighted the missing functionalities and suggested enhancements on the impacted domains
