.Net Developer locals only (Iowa)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our Seed Product Development platform team. The ideal candidate will be a local/onsite professional who can work closely with our team to develop high-level code for research areas.

•             Perform work as a full-stack developer on an agile team to develop, maintain, and support multi-tier high-performance web-based and .NET desktop applications.

•             Follow and promote software engineering’s coding practices and standards.

•             Work closely with the Business Analyst and the Solutions Architect to understand business requirements and workflows.

•             Use problem-solving skills along with focused attention to detail to efficiently develop high-quality applications.

•             Ensure that projects are developed in accordance with FS&D’s Software Engineering architectural, UI/UX, and development standards.

•             Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or Software Engineering.

•             4+ years of experience as a full-stack developer.

•             Experience using established engineering methodologies through all stages of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

•             Knowledge of common coding languages and frameworks, particularly C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, .Net, Angular 8+, and SQL.

•             Preferred: Experience with Azure DevOps, OData, .NET reflection, MS SQL, Advanced SQL, reading/understanding SQL stored procedures, Azure Cloud, and Event Management (Service Bus or Event Hub).
