  Cloud team is seeking a highly skilled OKTA Architect with specialized experience in OKTA-Workday integration, OKTA Lifecycle Management (LCM), and OKTA Workflows. This role involves leading the design, implementation, and management of OKTA solutions, ensuring secure and efficient identity and access management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and a good understanding of OKTA Validation.

Key Responsibilities

OKTA Solution Design and Implementation

Develop and implement OKTA solutions (SSO, MFA, user lifecycle management).

Expertise in OKTA-Workday integration for seamless user experience and data security.

OKTA Lifecycle Management (LCM)

Implement and manage OKTA LCM solutions.

Develop strategies for automating user lifecycle processes (provisioning, updating, de-provisioning).

OKTA Workflows

Design and implement OKTA Workflows for enhanced automation and efficiency.

Integrate workflows with various internal and external systems.

Passwordless Authentication

Implement and manage OKTA FastPass for secure passwordless authentication solutions.

Design strategies to enhance user experience through passwordless access while maintaining security.

Device Trust Implementation

Develop and implement Device Trust solutions to ensure secure device access within the organization.

Integrate Device Trust protocols with existing security frameworks.

Identity and Access Management (IAM)

Enforce IAM policies and best practices.

Ensure secure access management across all platforms and applications.

Security and Compliance

Ensure OKTA solutions comply with security policies and standards.

Maintain up-to-date security configurations.

OKTA Validation (Good to Have)

Knowledge of OKTA Validation processes and practices.

Troubleshooting and Support

Advanced troubleshooting for OKTA-related issues. Primary contact for all OKTA-related queries within the organization.

 

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Extensive experience as an OKTA Architect or similar role.
  • Deep understanding of SSO, MFA, and IAM principles.
  • Specific experience in OKTA-Workday integration, OKTA LCM, and OKTA Workflows.
  • Familiarity with OKTA Validation is a plus.
  • Experience with various authentication protocols and directory services.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and communication abilities.
