Job Title: Oracle Fusion WACS Solution Architect
Location: San Antonio, TX (Hybrid – 2 weeks onsite per month)

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion WACS Solution Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and SCM modules, with a strong focus on Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Costing functionalities. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Oracle Cloud architecture, business process alignment, and enterprise integration strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the solution architect for Oracle Fusion WACS (Warehouse and Costing Solutions) modules across the organization.

• Translate complex business requirements into scalable and effective Oracle Cloud solutions.

• Design integrated solutions by aligning WACS with modules such as Finance, Procurement, Inventory, and Order Management.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and functional consultants to gather, analyze, and validate requirements.

• Conduct fit-gap analyses and recommend process improvements aligned with industry best practices.

• Provide leadership and oversight during all phases of implementation including data migration, testing, user training, and go-live support.

• Define integration points and coordinate with third-party systems such as logistics, MES, and planning tools.

• Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture policies and governance standards.

• Approve functional and technical design documents and oversee development/configuration efforts.

• Monitor system performance post-deployment and implement continuous improvement strategies.

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of overall experience in Oracle ERP/SCM systems with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud.

• Proven expertise in Oracle Fusion WMS and Costing modules.

• Strong understanding of supply chain, inventory, warehouse operations, and cost accounting processes.

• Experience designing end-to-end solutions within a multi-module Oracle Cloud environment.

• Prior experience integrating Oracle Fusion with third-party logistics and manufacturing systems.

• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and deliver enterprise-grade solutions.
