Job Description:
• Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Palm Beach Gardens, FL (required);
• Prior Release Train Engineer (RTE) experience;
• Experience mentoring and coaching various agile teams (ART) in the portfolio;
• Experience with Release Management;
• Experience with Change Management;
• Experience with JIRA and help the agile teams to setup new boards and customize it
Responsibilities:
• Guide and support Agile teams to improve efficiency and Agile maturity;
• Oversee budgets, mitigate risks, and address productivity challenges;
• Ensure best practices and performance metrics are met;
• Facilitate regular status meetings to track progress and resolve issues;
• Act as a bridge between cross-functional teams to enhance collaboration;
• Align activities with organizational goals and maintain key timelines;
• Support planning and execution of key initiatives;
• Manage change and release processes effectively;
• Prepare reports and updates for leadership;
• Utilize project management tools to optimize workflows;
• Foster clear communication to drive alignment and success.
