Job Title: SAP PM and EHS modules

Location: Memphis, TN (Onsite)

Duration: Long Term Contract

Design and configure SAP PM and EHS modules to meet business needs, maintain master data, and optimize maintenance processes. Create and manage preventive maintenance schedules, oversee work orders, and generate key maintenance reports. Utilize SAP EHS tools for risk assessments, incident analysis, and compliance monitoring, while providing user training and support.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in SAP PM and EHS modules, including configuration and support.

• Proven experience in at least two full-cycle SAP implementations and system upgrades.

• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality standards, and maintenance strategies in various industries (e.g., automotive, EV, FMCG, etc.).

• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams across production, quality, maintenance, and EHS departments.

Skills and Abilities

• Ability to analyze business maintenance processes and translate them into SAP PM configurations.

• Familiarity with SAP configuration tools and data management techniques.

• Effective communication with stakeholders across different departments to gather requirements and manage implementation.

• Ability to troubleshoot system issues and find solutions to complex maintenance challenges.

• Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA, Fiori apps, and related technologies.
