:Senior Data Scientist

Key Responsibilities:

·Developing and implementing advanced statistical models and machine learning algorithms to solve complex business problems.

·Analyzing large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions.

·Leading data science projects, guiding junior team members, and ensuring the quality and timely delivery of results.

·Effectively communicating complex data insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.

·Mentoring junior data scientists, providing guidance on best practices, and helping them develop their skills.

·Developing and implementing solutions to optimize processes, improve decision-making, and drive business growth.

·Conducting exploratory data analysis to understand data characteristics and identify potential areas for further investigation.

·Designing and implementing evaluation frameworks to assess the performance of machine learning models.

Required Skills and Experience:

·Life Sciences and Health care industry experience are required

·Advanced statistical modeling and machine learning techniques.

·Proficiency in programming languages like Python and R.
