Overview: RD Digital Solution is in search of a seasoned Senior Oracle EPM Consultant with over 10 years of experience to join our team. This role requires an expert in Oracle EPM FCCS, Planning, EBS Consolidations, with a deep understanding of the platform. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL, ADF, Java development (preferred), and possess familiarity with tools such as Jira, SVN, and Weblogic. Strong knowledge of Consolidations and corporate finance concepts is essential. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary for effective business partner interaction and teamwork. The candidate should have extensive experience in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert-level guidance and solutions in Oracle EPM FCCS, Planning, and EBS Consolidations.
• Develop and maintain complex Oracle PL/SQL stored procedures and packages to meet business requirements.
• Lead ADF and Java development projects, collaborating with the development team (preferred).
• Utilize Jira, SVN, and Weblogic for efficient project management and development.
• Apply advanced knowledge of Consolidations and corporate finance concepts to deliver comprehensive solutions.
• Communicate effectively with business partners to gather requirements and provide strategic solutions.
• Act as a mentor and team player, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.
• Ensure adherence to the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes and standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience working with Oracle EPM FCCS, Planning, and EBS Consolidations.
• Extensive proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL, with a track record of developing complex stored procedures and packages.
• Experience in ADF and Java development is preferred.
• Strong familiarity with tools such as Jira, SVN, and Weblogic.
• Expert understanding of Consolidations and corporate finance concepts.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to effectively collaborate with business partners and team members.
• In-depth knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes.
