ServiceNow Architect with SecOps

Role Description:
This opportunity will suit a motivated ServiceNow Architect with a demonstrated record of offering ServiceNow related design and development support, successfully delivering on a wide range of ServiceNow related technical engagements.
Job Responsibilities:
- Liaise with key stakeholders to determine the requirements and goals for the SecOps and Vulnerability Response module.
- Design a scalable, robust ServiceNow SecOps architecture focusing on Vulnerability Response. Define and develop integrations with external systems like vulnerability scanners, ticketing systems, and SIEM solutions.
- Implement the design by configuring and customizing the ServiceNow platform, keeping best practices in mind.
- • Coordinate with QA and end user teams to facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure the solution meets the specified requirements.
- • Prepare high-quality documentation including architectural diagrams, data models, and process flows.
- • Identify opportunities to optimize the performance of the ServiceNow Architect with SecOps SecOps applications for maximum speed and scalability. Responsible for sprint demos, delivery of additional development artifacts and documentation, and knowledge transfer activities as required..
- ServiceNow implementation experience in Security operations- Security Incident Response, Vulnerability Response, Threat Intelligence, Configuration Compliance, or modules
- ServiceNow implementation experience in ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB & Asset– not limited to) will be an added advantage.
- Working experience in implementation of catalog items and record producers.
- Working experience in configuring Security incident response applications and OOB/ custom integration build with SIEM tool/ TI enrichment tools
- Experience in building email integration for importing suspicious emails as Security incidents (Phishing use case)
- Working experience in configuring Vulnerability ServiceNow Architect with SecOps response applications and integration with one of vulnerability scanner tool
- Build service requests from customer requirements including requests, request items and tasks using workflows-to manage data flows from the customer to the support teams providing the service.
- Uses scripting tools and Service Now functionality create script to automate rote tasks being done in ServiceNow.
- Performs integrations and process automation using ServiceNow Orchestration.
- Load, manipulate and maintain data between ServiceNow and other systems.
