Philadelphia City in Pennsylvania-Day 1 onsite Job Description Location: Remote - Must to have: Develop solution architectures and implementation designs in support of the Client’s business-technology initiatives
- Provide technical and analytical guidance, developing and defining business and technical requirements and solution designs as part of defined projects
- Implement SharePoint system solutions, including programming backend and frontend components extending the SharePoint environment/system capabilities
- Lead technical design and development, evaluating and troubleshooting functional design and system architecture, component and framework programming
- Develop and present conceptual and functional innovation prototypes for assessment and evaluation
- Manage and maintain the Client’s SharePoint system environments
- Assist in the creation of prototypes, POCs, presentations, collateral, RPFs, presales
- Implement best practices, policies, governance and guidelines
- Guide the SharePoint Development team on best Practices & ensure adherence
Technical Skills & Abilities: - Bachelor’s/Master’s degree or equivalent work experience in information systems or related field
- Experience on SharePoint 2013/2019 and SPOnline architecture, design, development and implementation experience
- Experience with implementing best practice SharePoint 2019, SP Online information architectures, workflows and responsive applications
- Experience in Migration process from SP 2010/SP 2013/SP 2016/SharePoint Online using tools like Share Gate
- Good experience in PowerApps- Canvas, Model and Portal
- Good experience with Power Automate workflows with different data sources
- Should be able to design solution using PowerApps, Power Automate portals or forms
- Understanding of Power Platform environment to design and deliver automate solutions for SharePoint Online.
- Should be able to design and implement solution on MS Teams using SPFX
- Experience using full lifecycle development methodologies with web-based applications
- Experience integrating with backed operational and content management systems
- Experience working on component-based applications including web services, application integration, patterns, and data access development
- Experience with Microsoft SharePoint technologies 2013/2019/Online Development in SPFx using REACT
- Experience with Web/Portal structure and design, development and content management
- Ability to manage projects, perform technical design as well as program
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Understanding SPFx solutions with SharePoint Online environment, ensuring seamless functionality and compatibility.
- Expertise on Azure DevOps capabilities for continuous integration and development for SP solutions.
- Expertise on technical and functional documentations for design and SOPs.
- Good client communication and team management skills as well as keen to keep productive work environment for the team overall.
