Position: Software Analyst
Location: Albany, NY (on-Site) Need locals or nearer by
Duration: Long term
Visa: GC or Citizens or H1B
Hourly-Based IT Services (HBITS) Contract at the State of New York. (Possibility of extension).
Required Experience:
- 24 months experience re-engineering paper-based processes into web based .NET solutions.
- 48 months experience SQL coding for writing SQL data queries for extraction and/or validation of application data.
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 84 months experience writing technical/business specification .Net applications.
- 72 months experience in writing test plans & cases and performing unit & regression testing.
- 84 months experience facilitating meetings with users to identify & gather business needs, business rules & security requirements
