Sr ServiceNow Service Mapping Analyst
Location : Dallas/Tx
Collaborate closely with Application Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop new service maps and patterns using various methodologies. Coordinate with Asset Management Developers to create or update Discovery patterns as needed for Service Mapping. Engage with IT Service Management (ITSM) stakeholders to showcase the benefits of Service Mapping for Incident and Change Management processes.
Required Skills:
- Hands on experience with rolling out ServiceNow service mapping
- Communication Skills
- Minimum 8 years of professional IT experience (ServiceNow)
Preferred Skills:
- ITILv3 Certification
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Service Mapping
- Strong communication and collaboration skills Familiar with:
ServiceNow Discovery
ServiceNow ITOM suite
Data source APIs/Service Graph Connectors
