- Source and identify potential candidates for technical positions through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
- Review resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications and match them with job requirements.

- Conduct background checks and reference checks on selected candidates.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and changes in technology to better understand the market and the qualifications required for technical positions.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems and other recruiting tools to maintain candidate data and track the progress of hiring processes.
- Provide regular updates and reports on candidate pipelines, hiring metrics, and recruitment activities to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the HR team and hiring managers to ensure a smooth onboarding process for newly hired technical employees.
- Attend job fairs, conferences, and other industry events to network with potential candidates and promote the organization’s employment opportunities.
- Stay informed about legal and compliance requirements related to technical recruitment, ensuring adherence to equal employment opportunity (EEO) guidelines and other regulations.
- Continuously improve and optimize recruitment strategies and processes to attract top technical talent.
