Location : Seattle, WA (Renton, WA or nearby areas) (Onsite/Hybrid)

Term:- Contract

Job Description:
Candidate should have solid QA Testing experience, to a lead level category.

Excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Test Planning & Strategy:
• Define and implement test strategies, methodologies, and best practices.
• Create detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts for functional, regression, performance, and automation testing.
• Ensure test coverage aligns with business and technical requirements.
2. Team Leadership:
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of QA engineers.
• Assign tasks, track progress, and ensure timely execution of test cycles.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement in testing processes.
3. Automation & Tools:
• Drive automation efforts using frameworks like Selenium, Cypress, Appium, or similar tools.
• Evaluate and implement QA tools to improve efficiency (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, Postman, CI/CD pipelines).
4. Defect & Risk Management:
• Identify, document, and track defects using bug-tracking systems.
• Prioritize issues based on severity and work with developers for resolution.
• Perform risk analysis and mitigation planning.
