Urgent Need: Sr. IT Project Manager – Oracle EBS in Remote

– 7-15 years project management experience, some technical experience.

– Ability to be proactive and clearly communicate with coworkers across various functional areas within the company.

– Experience in implementing ERP systems.
– Experience planning for and working with business partners to extract needed data.
– Working with business partners to troubleshoot and refine data extracts to prepare them for loads. 

– Work with business partners and IT to plan and execute mock data loads into test environment.

– Work with business partners and IT to plan and execute data loads into production environment

Secondary Work Experience (Preferred)
– 10+ years of project management experience, including IT or related business experience.
– 10+ years of experience working on projects involving the implementation of project life cycle methodologies.
– Experience influencing and managing project teams without formal direct reporting relationships.
– Experience managing SDLC projects using an iterative methodology preferred.
– Comprehensive knowledge of PMI based project management competency areas and methodologies and experience applying these methods to manage successful projects.
– Analytical skills are required to effectively manage activities related to budgeting, forecasting, monitoring, process management, risk management, quality control and reporting.
– Strong oral and written communication skills and experience leveraging these skills to interact with all levels of management.
– Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
– High-level understanding of IT infrastructure and application architectures desired.
– 8+ years of experience with Oracle EBS
