Job Title:- Scrum Master with DNALocation:- RemoteContract:- 12+ MonthsUSC GC GC-EAD H4Financial services experience required; Farm Credit, mortgage lending a plusJob description:-Key Responsibilities: Manage product backlog with the help of the team POs and BAs Keep ADO boards up to date and stories tied to dependencies Update status reports on team progress against PI objectives Facilitate Scrum ceremonies in SAFe Eliminate impediments for the team, escalate when necessary Protect the team from outside demands/work not scheduled in their Iteration/increment Key Experience(s) Prior experience as a Scrum Master Understanding of Agile (SCRUM) practices Coaching in Agile formats Previously run Scrum Ceremonies Previous work as a SM or PM on FISERV products, specifically DNA.
