Role and Responsibilities:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Mid-Level .NET Developer with experience in either Yardi or Geneva software systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in .NET development, SQL databases, and integration with enterprise software. You will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing applications that support business operations and improve system performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, enhance, and maintain applications using .NET framework (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, etc.).
Design and implement integrations with Yardi or Geneva software systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
Optimize system performance and troubleshoot application issues.
Maintain and improve database structures, queries, and stored procedures using SQL Server.
Ensure security, scalability, and efficiency of applications.
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in .NET development.
Qualifications & Skills:
15+ years of professional experience in .NET development.
Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, and related frameworks.
Experience working with Yardi or Geneva software systems (integration, API usage, or custom development).
Strong understanding of SQL Server, including stored procedures and query optimization.
Familiarity with front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and frameworks like Angular or React (a plus).
Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) is an advantage.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with RESTful API development and third-party integrations.
Knowledge of financial or real estate software solutions.
Understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
