Job Description !!
“C2 – Chicago, IL – Discover Financial Services
– Having 9-11 years of experience in UX skillsets
– Having good experience in UX design
– Should have knowledge in Figma and other UX design tools
– Should be able to work with client and design the UI
– Should be able to guide the team how to implement the approved UI designs
– Should have knowledge in Jenkin, CICD
– Should lead and participate in Requirements, Development, Testing, Production deployment and Support
– Contribute to and drive UX quality across products, devices and territories
– Responsible for creation of discovery deliverables including initial sketches and prototypes for exploration and problem solving, personas, user journeys and initial storyboarding
– Deep-diving into users, validation of personas
Actively contribute to discussions and brainstorming sessions as requested
– Design user experiences for new applications
– Gather user experience requirements through person to person interviews
– Review data to drive decisions
– Champion UX best practices
