Position is Hybrid, minimum 2 days a week onsite. Remote days are expected to be in an adequate home office, following standard County work hours.

Description:

Our client is looking for a Business/Systems Analyst to work on projects across Infrastructure Services, including Networking, Server, Workstation Services, O365, VoIP Telecommunications and Service Center teams.

Tasks

Candidate must be a self-starter who takes ownership and responsibility of project assignments.
Able to successfully multi-task and prioritize work across several active projects and assignments.
Passionate about delivering the ultimate customer experience.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required

Demonstrated problem-solving skills including identification of issues, obstacles and opportunities and development and implementation of effective solutions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Skills Required

5+ years – Experience using M365 Productivity Suite
5+ years – Experience working on Infrastructure projects.
