Duration:12+ Months
Location: Los Angeles, California / San Francisco / Seattle,WA ( Hybrid Position)
Job description:
- 12+ years Hands-on experience Back-end development Develop code that powers APIs and services, written in Java Ensure quality by writing and carrying out unit, integration, and load tests Actively participate in code and design reviews Investigate any technical component as well as understand and drive the overall systems architecture
SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
- Proficient in server-side development Proficient in designing and implementing large-scale distributed systems.
- Experience working with at least one Object Oriented Language like Java (or JVM variant languages like Kotlin).
- Functional programming experience like Scala. Knowledge/experience with AWS products and services (EC2, S3, Lambda, DynamoDB, SQS, RDS, ElastiCache, etc.) or other cloud providers. CI/CD: must Jenkins, must Docker, nice to have Spinnaker AWS RDS, Kinesis, EKS Terraform In-depth
- experience working on relational and/or noSQL databases. Excellent communication skills and ability to work with multi-functional business partners Ability to investigate any technical component as well as understand and drive the overall systems architecture.
