UX Designer
Contract – 6 Months
Onsite in Juno Beach, FL
Responsibilities:
– Develop and iterate on user-centric design solutions, including process flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
– Conduct user research to inform and validate design decisions, ensuring a deep understanding of user needs and behaviors.
– Plan and facilitate workshops to gather insights, align stakeholders, and drive effective collaboration.
– Collaborate closely with product owners to understand requirements, check on adoption, and establish a feedback loop for continuous improvement.
– Synthesize quick mock-ups for A/B testing to validate and refine design concepts.
– Familiarity with Salesforce and experience in designing within its ecosystem is a plus.
– Utilize business analysis or process analysis background to align design solutions with business goals.
– Proficiency in Figma to create and share design artifacts with stakeholders.
Requirements:
– Proven experience as a User Experience Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
– Familiarity with user-centered design principles and methodologies.
– Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
– Strong communication skills to articulate and justify design decisions.
– Experience working with Agile methodologies.
– Salesforce experience is a plus.
– Background as a business analyst or process analyst is a plus.
– Proficiency in Figma is preferred.
